Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included only for our Quinta da Capelinha Agrotourism stays ). For apartments, we provide a welcome basket with coffee, biscuits, a bag our our oranges and essentials.

Policies

Do you accept pets?
No, I'm sorry but we don't accommodate pets of any size or type.

Parking

Is parking available?
Our Relax Stays have private parking. For City Stays, we will direct you to the nearest free public parking areas, unless there's a garage in the accommodation you choose.

General

Is there a pool in the accommodations?
Some of our accommodations have private pools. For all accommodations without a private pool, we offer access to Quinta da Capelinha to enjoy the pool. In most cases, this is about 1km away from the accommodation.
How do we get to the beach (Ilha de Tavira)? Is there a direct transfer?
You will need to head to Quatro Águas or the dock in the town center to take a ferry straight to the island. Our staff will be able to point you the current schedule for ferries and the best place to park.
Can we rent bicycles here to cycle to the Ria Formosa?
Yes, sure! We have a local partner that we can liaise with to get the bicycles delivered to your accommodation so that you enjoy them during your stay and visit the wonderful cycling paths around the coast.
Is the swimming pool heated/open year-round?
We don't shut any pool of our accommodations. They're open all year round, however none of them is heated.
