Sobreiro is named after the cork oak, Portugal’s national tree. At the pool end of the row, it is one of two studios with a bigger patio, set with sunbeds and looking north to the hills and over the garden and pool. Extra windows let in more light, and the kitchen has its own design, with the extractor built into the induction hob.
